Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm we have started making it. If something is out of stock or priced wrongly, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Stock

Most pieces are one of a kind. Adding something to your basket does not reserve it; stock is held for 30 minutes once you reach checkout.

Cancelling

Ready-made pieces: 14 days from delivery. Personalised pieces: any time before we start making it. Full detail on the delivery and returns and personalised items pages.

Faulty items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply and nothing here reduces them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
