Delivery and returns

Making time

Every piece is gemmed by hand, so nothing ships straight away. The making time is shown on each item, and typically runs 3–7 working days before it is posted. Some pieces are gemmed from stock we already hold; others have to be ordered in first, which is why it is not the same for everything. Your confirmation email gives the timing for your own order, and if it is going to be longer than that, we will email you.

Delivery options

The options you see at checkout depend on what is in your basket — heavier items such as bottles will not qualify for Large Letter. Delivery is calculated on the total weight including packaging.

Where we deliver

We currently post to United Kingdom addresses only.

Returns

If you change your mind about a ready-made piece, you have 14 days from receiving it to tell us, and a further 14 days to send it back. It needs to be unused and in its original condition. Once it arrives back with us we will refund you within 14 days, including the standard delivery you paid.

Return postage is yours to cover unless the item arrived faulty or was not what you ordered.

Personalised pieces are different

Anything made to your design — a name, a photo, your own sketch — is exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once we have started making it. This is set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for goods made to a consumer's specification. If something arrives damaged

Gems can occasionally come loose in the post. Send us a photo within 30 days and we will repair or replace it — this applies to personalised pieces too, because your legal rights over faulty goods are not affected by anything above.
