What does it cost?
A flat fee per item, shown on each option below, plus the delivery to send it back to you. Describing your design or adding a name costs nothing extra. You pay the postage to get it to us.
What can I send?
Hard, clean, dry items gems will stick to: phone cases, bottles and tumblers, compact mirrors, glasses cases and similar. We cannot gem fabric, soft silicone, leather, or anything electrical that is not a plain charger plug.
How long does it take?
The making time is shown on each option and counts from the day your item reaches us, not the day you pay. Return delivery is on top.
What if you cannot gem my item?
If it turns out to be unsuitable we post it back untouched and refund the fee. The return postage is not refunded, because we still have to pay to send it.
What if my parcel goes missing on the way to you?
The item is at your risk until it reaches us, which is why we ask for a tracked service. If it never arrives, tell us and we will refund your order in full.
